1. How much does it cost to run a spa?

The price of running a spa is dependent on the manufacturer, and can vary greatly. It is also dependent on how often you use the spa, the temperature you maintain it at, water capacity, location, number of pumps in use and quality of the cover. As a general rule, our spas will cost approximately $1.10 per day.

2. Why are Spa Factory Second’s spas so much more affordable than all of the rest?

All of our spas are factory seconds, meaning that they are factory blemished, ex-display models and discontinued models. This is why our spas are far more affordable than most other suppliers.

3. How often will I use the spa?

As often as you like! Many of our customers use our spas year round, especially if they purchase a swim spa. We also have many clients who cover their spas for certain seasons and uncover and use them once that season is over.

4. Do spas need chemicals to run?

All spas require chemicals to ensure the water is safe and clean and the equipment is not damaged in any way. There are a variety of chemical treatment systems to choose from including chlorine free systems.

5. What is the warranty on your factory second spas?

To discover all of the different warranties for all different spas, please visit the Warranty page.

6. Are all of your spas the same?

Definately not! At Spa Factory Seconds, we have a wide variety of different types of spas to suit you, your home and your budget. This includes spas and swim spas. Our stock changes daily, so come in and have a look today.

7. What happens when I find a spa that I like at Spa Factory Seconds?

You will need to put a deposit down on the spa, to secure it for you. Then, within 14 days you will need to pay the spa in full. This is due to our constant change in stock and high demand.

8. What are the benefits of a spa?

There are many benefits of spas. These can include an improvement in fitness, health, stress levels, entertainment, lifestyle and much more. The way in which you utilize your spa will reflect the benefits.
